01. Seated Spinal Twist 

Turn your torso gently to one side while holding the backrest. It helps release lower back stiffness and improves spinal mobility.

02. Shoulder Rolls

Roll your shoulders backward and forward 10 times. Relieves tension and improves posture.

03. Neck Stretches

Tilt your head gently side to side, hold each side for 10 seconds. Reduces neck strain and eases tech neck.

04. Seated- Forward Bend

Sit tall and hinge forward from hips, hands reaching toward toes. Relaxes spine, improves digestion & calms the mind.

05. Seated Cow-Cat Stretch

Ease back and neck tension with this seated Cat-Cow stretch. Inhale, arch your spine. Exhale, round your back.
